References to same day or next day service describe our typical performance during business hours, not a guarantee. Actual response depends on technician availability, your location, call volume and the nature of the fault. Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. Repair Outcomes

Not all equipment can be repaired. Age, obsolete parts, prior repairs by others and the extent of the failure can make repair impractical or uneconomical. Where we recommend replacement instead of repair, the diagnostic charge for that visit still applies. Statistics such as first visit repair rates describe historical averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
